William Lam is the Founder of UPGRD® and an American Board-Certified Master Trainer who spent decades teaching the rules of how the mind works to executives and leaders worldwide. UPGRD® Academy is the realization of a bigger vision, that these same proven principles shouldn't wait until adulthood. Every child deserves to learn them first.
